Utah Attorney General to Sue BCS, Regardless of Congress

Utah Attorney General Mark Shurtleff says he will proceed with his suit against the Bowl Championship Series no matter what Congress does. Last week, officials from college football answered questions before a Congressional Committee. Congressmen asked if the college football post-season bowl system is fair. “It doesn’t matter what Congress does, we’re going forward, and we will sue,” Shurtleff said.
