I highly doubt the Big XII, Pac-10, or Big East will get more money than the ACC minus a joint effort as has been discussed. The Big XII might ultimately come close but it will fall short of the ACC haul.

Raycom and other stations will have to purchase games from ESPN in this deal. Raycom was in control of it previously. The Raycom games will be called the ACC Network. The ESPN games, I think, will no longer be blacked out in ACC markets. CBS and FSN, if they want, can still purchase games from ESPN. This is very similar to what ESPN did with SEC events, but they sold off the rights to those games. I am not sure if ESPN will do the same with the ACC package.

The Big XII, Pac-10, and Big East will all benefit from this. If the ACC can get that kind of money out of ESPN, those conferences could get even more. The ACC is third for now, but not for long.
