2010 College Basketball Season Attendance by School

There are many, many schools that fit into that category. There are only about 150 schools, at most, that have a shot to get into the NCAA Tournament every year. There are over 340 Division I schools. Where does that leave the other 190 or so schools? I don't know what they are supposed to do.

It could come to that eventually. Much like athletic budgets being used to reclassify "d1"…since many D1 schools are that only by label and not by product.

Can you imagine what would happen if they set minimum attendance figures in college basketball? How many teams would be eliminated because of that?
