		<description><![CDATA[There are many, many schools that fit into that category.  There are only about 150 schools, at most, that have a shot to get into the NCAA Tournament every year.  There are over 340 Division I schools. Where does that leave the other 190 or so schools? I don&#039;t know what they are supposed to do.]]></description>
