From what I understand about strong rumors, Utah Valley could be adding football as well. Plus, I think there is something in the air with talks between three conferences as will with The WAC, Big Sky and MVFC as well. It is strange that a conference other than Big Sky from the FCS is in talks about joining the WAC for football only, then a week later, an article came out about club football at Wichita State about a possible sponsor sport in a few years, than Northern Iowa made an announcement they want FBS, and then a week or so ago, the AD of New Mexico State on the school’s website mentioned that Montana, Montana State, Eastern Washington and Sacramento State going to joinThw WAC for all sports. Then, I was thinking if not all the MVFC be able to join, they could merge with the Big Sky, and maybe South Dakota and South Dakota State joining The Big Sky for all sports. The Big Sky could be poached soon as well if The Big West and MWC agreed to merge the conference, and cal.-Poly and Cal.-Davis joins MWC for all sports, and see Sacremento State joining as well. Plus some D2 schools came up as possible replacements, or to fill in some spots that needs filling in geography like Western Washington for example in the WAC or Big Sky.
