Ben Maller off Fox Sports Radio
![]() Ben Maller was fired from his popular overnight show at Fox Sports Radio. Maller along with Karen Kay, Greg "Bergy" Bergman, Dave Stone, Krystal Fernandez, Andrew Siciliano, Craig Shemon and former Cowboys defensive wiz James Washington were all let go in a major Clear Channel blow up of what had been a successful sports radio network. Maller is currently in search of his next opportunity in sports radio.
Comments:
I kept turning on the radio to listen to Ben and Karen but kept getting a really boring show(that I turned off within a few minutes). I decided to do a web search to find out what happened to the decidely more entertaining Ben & Karen. So sad to hear. I won't be listening anymore.
Im with ya on BORING show !!I forget who does it but it's called "check your gear". 2 lame hosts and cornball callers talk about sports games from the past; lawn darts, pitchback, wiffle ball.CHEESY-DULL-BORING
I say Thank God. Ben and Karen were two obnoxious idiots. I couldn't stand Andrew S. or Krystal either. Good work getting rid of that bunch.
Wrong about Krystal and Karen - right about Siciliano and Maller - I couldn;t stand those guys - so full of themselves and so boring. Jeeeez Ben was negative and contrary -- it really sucked listening to him; Siciliano thought he was cooler than he was -- with -- his -- halting -- delivery -- but at least he could be a bit self-effacing. I'll miss J-Dub + Shemon, they were alright -- but now is the time to BRING TONY BRUNO BACK!!!!!!!!!!!11
Big Ben & Karen were great. They say that working graveyard is bad for your health but listening to the stiffs that replaced Ben & Karen is definitely toxic! Jersey Jerk
JT the Brick is now followed by a bunch of pigs who live in studios built of sticks and straw! Jersey Jerk
Obviously, the listening public remains clueless over these firings. I realize that change is part of life, but all WE need is a simple explanation. I love FSR, but keeping us all in the dark, as to these types of decisions, is supremely UNprofessional. The same thing happened with Bruno way back when......
