well with that info then switching them makes a lot of since. but would they leave willingly knowing that theyll end up in the sunbelt or would they put up a legal battle, cause if they do then i would guess the cusa would not bother and just keep them

I doubt there would be lawsuits I personal think UAB would love to go back to the Sunbelt in Sports.

well then if uab doesnt mind then i would say to definately switch them.

I think most fans at UAB loved the sunbelt thats why their enrollment and fan base is down even in basketball. Its just not as exciting as it was when they was in the belt.
