It seems to me the MAC is rising up Miami, Northern Illinois, Marshall and Toledo all winning some will say upset I will say they are pushing to be part of the Big Boys.

The MAC is having a great year. ;D The only conferences that have a better top 5 teams than the MAC (BGSU, Toledo, Marshall, Miami Ohio, and NIU) are the SEC and the Big Ten.
The MAC is still a second rate conference as long as it has Buffalo, Eastern Michigan, Akron, and CMU. If you drop those teams it will be better than the new Big East. ;D

every conference needs a give me the sec has vandy, ACC has duke and Big 12 has Baylor.

The MAC doesn't need 6 give me's. Buffalo, EMU, CMU, Kent State, Ohio, and Ball St. are all worse than Vanderbilt.

Ball State, EMU, Akron, Kent State, & Buffalo are all averaging far under the required 15K per game for 1A membership. The MAC will cut some of the fat pretty soon.
