Please tell me that everything after #2 is a joke. Some of those teams are winless; others are P5 or FCS.

My apologies for not getting the Group of 5 Top 15 poll done this weekend. I ended up in the hospital over the weekend and have been pretty out of this week. I will have the poll done for next week so please keep sending me and posting your ballots. I'm looking forward to all the banter and discussion.

--sorry again,

Muskie

Thanks Norwichcat! Now that I have 3 ballots I feel like I can take the average for week 6. Just for reference though, feel free to put Navy, Army, or BYU in your rankings since they are outside the power 5. I'm also only going to do a top 15 since the pool of schools we are drawing from is so small. I really appreciate the input and hope you will vote again next week. I'd like to try to get votes in on Sunday so I can put up the results on Mondays.

Hey folks! I tallied the Week 7 results to our poll and here is what we've got:

1. ECU 43 (2)
2. Marshall 42 (1)
3. Colorado St 41
4. Boise St 28
5. GA Southern 26
6. Utah St 23
T-7. Temple 22
T-7. Bowling Green 22
9. Northern Illinois 19
T-10. Arkansas St 17
T-10. Central Florida 17
12. BYU 14
13. Central Michigan 12
14. Air Force 11
15. Middle Tenn 6

Also receiving votes: Houston 5, Memphis 4, Texas St 3, Toledo 2, Navy 2, UAB 1

By Conference:
American-3
MWC-4
C-USA-2
MAC-3
SBC-2
Indy-1

Now for my personal thoughts--There was a clear consensus as to who #s 1-3 were but after that it got hazy. My #4 and #5 were Utah St and Temple but Roboconstant had Temple unranked and Hibbett2222 had Utah St unranked. (i'd be curious to hear your reasoning.) I was also high on Air Force and had them 6th--Robo ranked them 15th and Hibbett had them unranked. All together 21 schools received votes. The MWC's Mountain division is the deepest division in the Go5 with 4 teams ranked and 3 of the top 6 spots.

Thanks again for participating gentlemen and I look forward to seeing your ballots next week. It'd be nice to see BePcr and Norwichcat back again too!
