...also just for fun...

Cheaters and Losers? I'm sure at least one of those is already taken by a neighboring conference.

And as I seem to have missed it, how did GT and UVA end up on the Cheaters side?

By the way GunnerFan, if by "already taken," you were referring to the SEC, this is how it would look:

CHEATERS

Arkansas
Ole Miss
State
LSU
Alabama
Auburn
Tennessee
Kentucky
Georgia
Florida
South Carolina

LOSER(S)

Vanderbilt

How would the schedule be determined? :D

Never fear, Stevus, I take as good as I get. :D

By the way,

That's funny!

You know how people threw around the idea of having Duke, Vandy and all the other brainiac school in one conference? Wouldn't they be afraid of every game ending in a 0-0 draw?! (Like I can jest: Duke beat us last year! Ugh.)

Duke hired Ted Roof as head coach, a former GT assistant. He is a very good coach. While Duke will not have enough superior players in fb, they will become competitive and suprise a few. Johnson will get Vandy winning a bit more eventually, but it will take time. The SEC East contains about as difficult a group as they come.

Perhaps, KERRY-EDWARDS Division ;)

1. BOSTON COLLEGE - DUH!
2. NC STATE - Edwards Alma Mater
3. UNC- Chapel Hill - Ewards went to Law School there
4. MIAMI - This time count all them ballots in Dade &
Palm Beach Co.; Donna Shalala?
5. MARYLAND - A Blue State
6. Virginia - Remember Thomas Jefferson; enough said!

Then, the BUSH-CHENEY Division :(
1. CLEMSON - Edwards started college there before
transferring to NCSU and was born in nearby Seneca-
but this is the State of South Carolina, whereby
paving the whole state is viewed as patriotism
2. WAKE FOREST - North Carolina Southern Baptists-
Duh again!
3. FLORIDA STATE - Northern Florida panhandle is Bush
Country
4. VIRGINIA TECH - SW rural, Virginia, not too far from
Fawell's Lynchburg reach
5. GEORGIA TECH - It is Atlanta, but it is not Emory,
Still in Georgia
6. Duke - Intellectuals, maybe! Old Tobacco money
belongs moreso with the GOP

I am bad for introducing politics here, and have complained to others for stating political party views before; but it is an election year! Before anyone jumps on my case, I am a SEC fan, and I know no "Dem" division in the SEC could be displayed; I mean, Gore lost his home county and State--I would not even be able to give him Vanderbilt where he attended graduate school and is now a visiting professor. How disappointing!

^Before this goes into too much of the blue states vs. red states, remember what Barrack Obama said about people in the blue states having friends in the red states. And remember what John McCain said last night that we are all Americans and we are not our own enemies. ;)

...and I just adored McCain's tribute to Michael Moore, an avid Michigan State fan!
