Any chance Monmouth will get moved into MAAC or something else eventually?

Don't know. I suspect after the current slate of realignment changes is complete, and after the supposed review of standards differentiating A and AA ball that some more conferences and schools will review their memberships. These days more and more schools are "outgrowing" they're conferences or divisions, so both a school and a conference want some alignment of like-minded institutions that offers a length of security. In that light we've speculated on potential moves to and away from the MAAC but nothing's happened.

Best guess: Check back in 12 months. Or stay tuned to see what happens after the BE splits.
