No conflict of interest in NBA GMs determining what high school players were and weren't worthy to enter the draft immediately rather than wait at least three years...wouldn't you deem certain prospects "unworthy" so that your opponents with higher-draft selections wouldn't be able to draft an "underclassman"...as if the allegations surrounding the first lottery (1985) weren't bad enough (i.e. Patrick Ewing to the Knicks instead of Golden State)...
