When is the All Star Game returning to Boston?

It depends on the NBA Commissioner and its Staff, really.

i think oklahoma city should get an NBA all-star game. if we are seen as a stable market for the displaced NO/OKC hornets. population is over 1 million in greater city area, and one of the top 30 largest cities in america. plus a 20,000 seat arena built in 2002. with a potental fan base to draw for NBA.

I'd say carry the idea further and have a neutral site for most, if not all, of the all-star games:

2007 - Las Vegas
2008 - Montreal
2009 - Oklahoma City
2010 - Louisville (if new arena will be ready)
2011 - San Diego
