NBC / Versus / NBC Universal just inked a 10-year deal with the NHL for TV rights through 2020-2021.

The article doesn't mention money, however in terms of exposure, it would appear that the NHL will be doing VERY WELL.

Coverage will be at least as extensive as during the old ESPN2 days,

All Stanley Cup Games from Round 2 through the finals) will be shown nationwide IN THEIR ENTIRETY on one of the networks (NBC / Versus / NBC Universal Sports).
