Greetings all…

We wanted to take a moment and update everyone on what’s new at CollegeSportsInfo.com.

http://collegesportsinfo.com

CollegeSportsInfo.com Blog:

As you might have seen, we’ve recently launched the CollegeSportsInfo.com Blog. News items that were once only message board posts will now appear as news articles. You’ll be able to view these articles on the site but can also add them to your internet news reader like My Yahoo, My MSN, Bloglines and many more. We are in the process of building our writing team to expand our coverage of college football, college basketball and other topics of interest. The blog can be accessed via any webpage on the site and news “snippets” will be previewed on the homepage. The direct link to the blog is http://collegesportsinfo.com/blog

Those interested in the blog and the articles are encouraged to join as members, post comments and have discussions with each article just as you would if it were a message board post.

Conference Realignment Grid of Possibilities:
The grid has been updated and now includes expanded school coverage and some new scenarios based on recent developments.

We've added FreindConnect to the site. It's as simple as a click and requires nothing of you, no mailing lists...nothing. So what do you have to lose?

New Partners:

We’ve teamed with new partners to help cover the costs of maintaining the site. Rather than hoping for donations to the site, we’ve teamed up with a good group of partners that provide some excellent items.

Official School Book Stores: Using the drop down menus on each site page left sidebar or the dropdowns on the message board pages, you can now access your school’s OFFICIAL school book store. Through various license agreements, you’ll find your school’s official bookstore now available online.

Tickets: Anyone interested in tickets can use the StubHub links on each page (NCAA Tickets dropdown and link). So if you are interested in ever purchasing or selling your tickets, be sure to use the links from CollegeSportsInfo.com.

Quinn -

A few updates to your Grid of Possibilities:
Radford is listed twice under the Big South
Hampton is listed twice under the MEAC
South Dakota has announced their upgrade from D-II
North Carolina Central has not OFFICIALLY been accepted into the MEAC, though it has been heavily rumored.
Temple is missing from the A-10 (although you do have their football listed under the MAC).

Overall, the information looks very comprehensive and interesting....

Thanks.

Thanks. Check again though. There is a link in the NCCS grid that will be of interest.
