It wasn't the easiest task, but I was able to track down the date this site first started:

April 30, 2001


We've gone through a few early versions of the forums, then the ProBoards and now a real home. The other parts of the sites that draw users, mostly the Directory, originally started as a page i hosted on my company servers (clearstage.com) but then moved everything to the http://ncaasports.netfirms.com account. In May of 2003, i switched that to the CollegeSportsInfo.com domain.

But since the forums started before that, April 30th, the first day of the netfirms account will serve as the birthday for the Conference Relaignment forums.

We just had a secondary site birthday on Sunday.

Dates to remember:

April 30, 2001 - Official site birthday. Yes it was on another domain, but it was the launch of what turned into CollegeSportsInfo.com

October 17, 2000: Conference Realignment Forum birthday
We were on a couple other forum platforms before finally going to our own domain. But yesterday was the forums 10 year anniversary.

May 16, 2003 - CollegeSportsInfo.com domain purchased
