The BCS was very thankful that two undefeated teams finally played for the title last year and no tweaking of BCS rules this year on teams reaching the title game occurred.

One change the BCS should make mandatory is every school from a automatic qualify conference play minimum of 10 regular season games with other BCS member schools.

The new NCAA rule to allow 12 game regular seasons has either forced or allowed most BCS schools to schedule body bag games and games with 1AA that do nothing to promote big time college football.

This proposed rule change will continue to allow for 2 games with non BCS member schools and for playing 1AA games.

If the NCAA can not get a grip on separating BCS type football schools from 1AA then the BCS should take up the rule for its qualify BCS bowl games.

This is one change that a lot of college football fans would welcome for the BCS.

Or, this could be what does in the BCS on antitrust grounds, Since non-BCS autobid conferences will effectively be limited to four BCS autobid conference opponents on a 12 game schedule.

I disagree. I think the answer should be that Div IA should play more games against IAA. If every school in IA had to play say 2 games vs. IAA teams, you'd see a lot of IAA teams STAYING at that level and there would be little grounds for anti-trust AND BCS schools would tend to make their other OOC games vs. other BCS/powerhouse non-BCS schools to keep their power ranking up.
