A combination of Bowls and playoff. Combine both FCS and FBS since there is no reason to leave them seaperate anymore. Every conferance champ will get a automatic spot in the playoff of the conferances that choose to. A fourmula like the BCS can be used to seed the champs to see who gets home field advantage. To even it up at large bids can be added but the resrtiction is that they cannot host conferance champs.(I.E lets say Florida A&M wins the MEAC and there playing Alabama who is a at large team Florida A&M will be the host team in thier staduim.) After the selection of the conferance champs and the at large teams.(teams will play saturday or sunday) the remaining schools arfe eleigable for the bowls games that will be played monday thru friday. With allot more teams there can still be 20 to 30 bowls. Maybe have a limit on how many teams from a conferance can get in a bowl. This way the playoffs can be played and bowls will still be played. After all how many people care who wins the little ceasers bowl or the papa johns.com bowl?
