B12 does look low, but there are two things to remember about these types of numbers:

1) Leagues distribute revenue differently. Not all put everything through the league.
2) League revenue is only a piece of the pie. B10 and SEC benefit from huge fb crowds.

One other point is that markets do matter. P10 and B12 don't have as many big markets as B10 and SEC. P10 has a lot of people, but they are mostly in SF & LA. Those two conferences lag the B10, SEC and ACC in their fb TV contracts.

Of course ND isn't in a conference, but there is some good financial information in the article linked below:

There is an article on the WAC realignment thread where the commish mentions the possibility of non-football members. The WAC is really in a bad situation. Non football playing members (especially ones w/o bb championships a la Georgetown, Villanova, Marquette) make them look weak. But if they lose two more, they don't have enough schools. The MWC could easily go to 10. La Tech could decide to go to the Sun Belt or get invited to the CUSA if they needed to replace someone. And San Jose could drop football and move to the Big West.

They got a 2 year grace period passed for the 5 year rule instead of the old 1 year grace period, but they only have 6 members from prior to 2005. If anyone else leaves, they lose their bb bid.

As much as I hate to see them do it, JoeDadi, I think you are right. Denver seems like the most likely candidate. They need a home. The Big West and West Coast teams seem happy where they are at and seem to have good fits (WC-religious schools on west coast-Big West-the California state school conference except for Pacific who wouldn't leave except for the WC). The Big Sky schools couldn't leave unless they intended to drop out of the Big Sky football conference and probably drop football. Most other schools are too far east to be stable additions. I only see 3 candidates: Denver, Northern Colorado and Southern Utah.
