Cincinnati and Wyoming won their bowl games just last night...yet neither of these programs are listed, nor is Hawaii (leading 41-26)...

Friarfan, you have a good list for the top. I think it is more fun to pick the bottom teams that consistently get revenue sharing for less support to the conference,
Football bottom 12:
Duke
Temple
Baylor
Vanderbilt
Rutgers
Wake Forest
Indiana
Kansas
Kentucky
Arizona (could move out with new coach)
Miss State (ditto)
Illinois (ditto)
Basketball botton 12
Clemson
Northwestern
Washington State
Colorado
Nebraska
Rutgers
Penn State
Texas A&M
Baylor
Virginia Tech
Miami (could move out with new coach)
USC (could move out with new coach)

Gracious, Georgia is more likely to be on that list than Georgia Tech.
If you bring in all sports, and you casually forget football for whatever reason, Stanford has to be right there. It's kind of hard to pick an Olympic sport where they haven't won a national championship. The NCAA and the media like to promote the intelligence factor, naturally.
Otherwise, it could well be between Florida and Florida State. FSU has the baseball, Florida often has the basketball. The Gators seem to pop up in several other sports, for that matter. You could argue Tennessee. Alabama is biding time for a football resurgence. Maybe LSU...
