I thought the SEC in Florida and LSU closed the case on Ohio St, but I agree So Cal put a dead bolt on this team and left a message for everyone else. I beleive they could be the only team in the country to go through an SEC schedule this year undefeated. They would have to get every break in the world to do it though. Georgia and Florida have very tough schedules this year and I believe both will have at least 1 loss apiece.

Even USC has to fall from grace sometime. And where better to start than their game with Oregon State. The Beavers will prove that there is at least one school with initials "OSU" that is capable of beating the Trojans.

The moral of this post is: USC is overrated. Jim Tressel is the biggest obstacle in the way of Ohio St winning another national championship (he needs to be fired in other words). USC won't make it to the NCG, they won't even make it to the BCS.

Try 6 to 8 better Pac 10 teams than Oregon State. That OSU team lost a lot from last year.

Oregon's a better bet... but that game's in LA.

I can't wait until the Sooners crush USC in the championship.

Go Sooners!

You've got to get there first. The only thing that will be crushed if you get there is your dreams. Judging by the past few bowl games you've played, you are in danger of having the Ohio State label placed on you. Can win their conference but can't play with the big boys.

Seriously you do look very good this year and your qb to me is the best in the country. I'd take him over any qb in the country.

the Sooners may not have to worry about facing USC if the Trojans get those losses as I predicted (and they will)

Remember posting it a few weeks back....USC would get upset in conference, and by an Oregon team no less.

Maybe the heading for this thread needs the nouns reversed and people think twice or thrice as to what "OSU" stands for.

Props to pf9 for the bold prediction coming true. This opens the door wide open for many teams to get to the national championship. Will be interesting to see how it plays out. I'll go ahead and predict another top 10 upset tomorrow in the Michigan vs. Wisconsin game (I'll be there rooting for the Wolverines!).

pf9 what a call on Oregon St USC,

How could anyone believe this could happen after starting 1-2 ?

Does this mean Penn St shoots up to no. 1?

soonertravis looks like your road to a championship want include USC.

looks like a Big 12 vs SEC showdown.

We all still have a long way to go.
