Here's a free summary.

Speed to be FOX Sports (main sports channel like ESPN) Fuel to be FOX Sports 2 (i.e. ESPN) FX will no longer carry sports, and Fox Soccer may be converted into a general entertainment channel.

All of this is in addition to the main FOX Network (i.e. ABC to ESPN) and the regional FOX Sports networks. No word on Fox Sports Plus (I'm guessing it will end up similar to ESPNU).

ABC, ESPN, ESPN 2, ESPN U, ESPN News, ESPN Classic
FOX, Fox Sports, Fox Sports 2, Fox Sports Regional, Fox Sports Plus
NBC, NBCSports, Comcast Sports (future NBC Sports 2?)

ABC/ESPN better be careful, they now have some competition.
