Speaking of college football and money, there's a lot being invested in awesome electronic scoreboards. Here's a top ten list from an ESPN blog:

Suddenlink signs up for all ESPN/ABC/Disney products including the LHN, SECN, and "Watch" ESPN/ABC apps.

http://espnmediazone.com/us/press-relea ... agreement/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

For the LHN...the only major remaining holdouts are Direct TV, Comcast and TimeWarner (nationally, they are on board in TX and 4 surrounding states).

And there are lots of rumors around Direct TV striking a deal before the season begins for both the LHN/SECN.

Not holding my breath on Comcast (in Texas is mainly in the Houston area) as they managed to get a deal for the SECN w/o the LHN and are in merger talks w/ TWC.

Still the LHN will have more exposure than the P12 Network and it will make ESPN a profit this year and Texas will likely start receiving more than $15 million a year sooner rather than later.

Will be a very interesting bargaining chip come 2025. If only we could get back to winning 10+ games a year.
