I've also been working on piecing all this together for some time from newspaper archives, and I've got probably about 80-90% of them up on a wiki I maintain (with the same caveats you have regarding possibly sketchy information). I haven't cross-referenced this yet to see what you have that I'm missing, although it looks like you've got info on one of my biggest stumbling blocks (District 12). And obviously, I don't know what I have that you don't (other than having a lot of site and seeding information), but if you'd like the URL so you can take a look, let me know.
