I'll update this post as I organize more of my dream conference rosters.

With Idaho dropping to FCS and Liberty Moving up to FBS I noticed a nice geographic split

West: HI, CA, OR, WA, ID, NV, AZ, NM, CO, UT, WY = 26 teams
SW: TX, OK, LA, KS, NE, MO, AR = 26 teams
SE: MS, TN, KY, AL, GA, SC, FL (North) = 26 teams
Atlantic: MA, CT, PA, NY, NJ, VA, MD, NC, FL (South) = 26 teams
Midwest: IA, MN, WI, MI, IL, IN, OH, WV = 26 teams

We can then assign conferences

I must admit. Very well-planned and well-structured. And to be fair, with the P5 leagues having 14 teams each and the G5 leagues having 12 teams each (all having 2 divisions), it would logically make sense, geography-wise and competition-wise.
