If there was a playoff with 16 teams then you could invite all 11 conference champions with 5 at-large teams. The first round would be played at the home field of the higher seed. The quarterfinals could be played at the rose, fiesta, sugar, and orange bowls. The semifinals would be played in Dallas and Houston. The national championship would rotate each year between Pasadena, Glendale, New Orleans, and Miami.
