BE Split we have it the same. Xavier, I gave St.Louis the edge since Dayton is right next to Xavier, no new market
A-10: Butler yes, I don't know about Boston, I like Holy Cross & Siena better
Horizon: I'd have IUPUI, replaces area Butler left. W.Ill is a bad basketball school, they'd be last every year.
AEC: I'm wonder if CCSU wants to leave that's why I have LeMoyne in that spot. If they want 10 why not both.
Patriot:Bryant or Marist.
NEC: waits for IUP to move up or takes NJIT hoping they'll get better.
Summit:N.Dakota, (we all know this), Chicago St. (re-entry), Houston Baptist, & UTPA over UVU. I think the Summit hopes S.Utah goes to the Sky one day and no one but S.Utah would vote to add UVU.

Quinn maybe you could attach your posts.

Here's the thing with the Xavier & Dayton pairing for the Big East.

First there's the "travel partner" aspect. A Dayton/Xavier trip is easy, because their arenas are 45 minutes apart. You can stay at the same hotel in Middletown for the whole weekend.

Cincinnati is the #36 TV market.
Dayton is the #57 TV market.
But when you put them together and then add in the areas in between like Middletown, Southwest Ohio is as big as the #17 TV market.

Big East:
Notre Dame/Detroit This is a big stretch, Detroit has been one of the worst teams in the Horizon league over the past few years. It technically gives you the Detroit media market, but they'd be behind Michigan, Michigan State, Oakland, and at least one of the directional schools in coverage. St. Louis makes more sense.
Providence/Holy Cross Why would they pick Holy Cross over either Rhode Island or UMass?

Metro: okay

Big Ten: ditto

Conference USA:
Georgia Southern/Georgia State the South Alabama/Troy pairing in the Sun Belt makes more sense than this pairing. I would swap the two groups

Atlantic 10: at the very least, Massachusetts, Charlotte, and Rhode Island will not be leaving the Atlantic 10 for a lower tiered conference (such as the CAA)

Southern:
Chattanooga/North Alabama This makes a lot of sense, North Alabama has a very good Division II football program and would fit in if they updated their facilities appropriate to a division transition. The Citadel/Charleston

Atlantic Sun: you left out USC Upstate

Ohio Valley:
Western Illinois/IPFW I agree with everything but IPFW

Horizon League:
Cleveland State/Youngstown State
Wright State/Oakaland
Valparaiso/IUPUI
Illinois Chicago/Loyola Chicago
Wisconsin Green Bay/Wisconsin Milwaukee

Great West (former Summit League): I'm not buying it. There is no reason for the current members of the conference to invite most of the members of the Great West. I don't see any incentive. I can see the addition of Denver or North Dakota, but anything beyond that makes no sense.
North Dakota/South Dakota
North Dakota State/South Dakota State
Southern Utah/Utah Valley
Houston Baptist/UTPA
UMKC/Denver
Oral Roberts/Centenary
