Georgia Southern/Georgia State the South Alabama/Troy pairing in the Sun Belt makes more sense than this pairing. I would swap the two groups
Atlantic 10: at the very least, Massachusetts, Charlotte, and Rhode Island will not be leaving the Atlantic 10 for a lower tiered conference (such as the CAA)
Southern:
Chattanooga/North Alabama This makes a lot of sense, North Alabama has a very good Division II football program and would fit in if they updated their facilities appropriate to a division transition. The Citadel/Charleston
Atlantic Sun: you left out USC Upstate
Ohio Valley:
Western Illinois/IPFW I agree with everything but IPFW
Horizon League:
Cleveland State/Youngstown State
Wright State/Oakaland
Valparaiso/IUPUI
Illinois Chicago/Loyola Chicago
Wisconsin Green Bay/Wisconsin Milwaukee
Great West (former Summit League): I'm not buying it. There is no reason for the current members of the conference to invite most of the members of the Great West. I don't see any incentive. I can see the addition of Denver or North Dakota, but anything beyond that makes no sense.
