NAIA: Warner is starting fb in 2013. I read it on the helmet project

That gives NAIA fb 86 w/ 3 Applying for D-II. Or 85, depends on how you read Georgetown(KY) who is technically a D-III exploratory school who has now applied to D-II but still played a full NAIA schedule.

It's not quite clear from the article, does C of I want a football-only or full invite from the Frontier? Football-only would give the Frontier 9 FB schools, full invite would give the Frontier 10 in everything but FB.

There are/will be 86 NAIA fb schools 3 are applying to D-II. I figure a few more Mid-South schools will apply to the New WVIAC and GMAC.

[From The Senior Reports NAIA page: http://www.theseniorreports.com/naia.htm]
Quote:
La Sierra athletic director Javier Krumm said La Sierra may join the California Pacific Conference as soon as 2013.

... La Sierra applied to the Cal Pac and will meet with conference officials next month. A final decision will likely come at January’s conference meeting, Krumm said.

yeah, they lost their accreditation last month. I took them off the list of schools for the Map that Tk is making. Ashford may lose their accreditation in a couple years too. They've been put on notice.
