Now that Minot State and University of Sioux Falls have been accepted into the NCAA D-2 membership process there is speculation regarding possible future NSIC membership for both schools.

Freaked, I heard from the NAIA board that the GSAC is having meeting to move to D-II as a whole. See if you can find anything on it. It could be hard because it's in the beginning stages.

Glad to see the GSAC is moving to NCAA Division II; this should help both the GSAC schools and the existing Western NCAA Division II schools with travel.

Azusa Pacific plays football, and if they move to the NCAA I'd expect them to get at least a football-only membership in the Pacific West Conference. Although as well known as Azusa Pacific is in evangelical circles, I could see them ultimately moving to NCAA Division I.

GSAC to D-II is not a done deal. PWC doesn't have football the GNAC does and yes APU would get fb only membership

Ok, I now have everything updated as far as everything we have. For now I'm just sticking with all-conference moves, so I'm not going to put fb-only moves on here yet (that could change).

Fresno, do you know if Illinois Tech is going to stay in the Chicagoland after dropping basketball? I read the article but it gave no mention of either staying in the conference or going independent.

I don't know about Ill. Tech. If a school doesn't have basketball or football i don't follow them unless I hear they are gonna start basketball.
