Obviously the Big 12 and Big East are in no position to oppose this format.

Cotton Bowl would be added as a 6th BCS game and they would match up 1 w/ 4 and 2 w/ 3 at bowls not named the Rose Bowl and then have and NCG at one of the five rotating every year.

Hopefully this happens.
