How can you refuse comment on C-32? Sure, it wasn't the brightest idea for most of these schools to become members of D-I (without conference affiliation), but their respective transitions are well underway, if not already completed. As far as Central Arkansas is concerned, it is hard to believe that they would go D-I without membership in the Southland Conference...who knows what Longwood, IPFW, NDSU, UNC, SDSU, TAMU-CC, UVSC, and in a different sense, UTPA, were thinking...

As far the geographic parameters of the Heartland Conference go, I seem to remember seeing something that Lincoln is heading to the CIAA...

Is this the new-look Heartland Conference, give or take a few schools?

Add Saint Edward's (TX) to the membership roster of "America's #1 NCAA Division II Conference"
