Or just Make a conference based on state(s), like a Carolina's Super Conference:
North Carolina Conference:
===========
Appalachian St (NC)
Western Carolina (NC)
UNCA (NC)
UNCG (NC)
UNCW (NC)
East Carolina (NC)
Elon (NC)
High Point (NC)
Campbell (NC)
NC A&T (NC)
South Carolina Conference:
===========
Furman (SC)
Wofford (SC)
SC State (SC)
Winthrop (SC)
Coastal Carolina (SC)
Citadel (SC)
College of Charleston (SC)
Charleston Southern (SC)
Gardner-Webb (NC)
Davidson (NC)
And it is all done without encroaching on the SEC or ACC.
You do mean two conferences don't you. Can't imagine 20 schools wanting to fight over one NCAA bid.
I agree with BigE. Man, imagine a conference similiar to the Middle Atlantic States Collegiate Athletic Corporation of Division III. I think it's better in 2 seperate conferences named:
a - North Carolina-10 Athletic Conference
b - South Carolina-10 Athletic Conference
I hope you like this predicted idea. I'll post a different one soon once I analyze this season's conferences alignments. Take care, guys.
