Ok, since I'm going through on Wikipedia and taking care of some of the smaller college conference realignments, I'm going to start what (theoretically) will be keeping track of conference switches for the 2009-2010 academic year and going onward. The list will take some time (I'm still on Alabama and already have a couple that weren't on here or there), but I'll go through and edit the list to keep it up to date. If you have any changes I don't have on here (I'll initially post what state I'm working through, so give me a few days to get further down the list), please post them here (preferably with a link), and I'll put it on the list. NOTE: I have now broken up the list into years, since we are well underway into the 2009-10 school year.
