7 in Texas, ORU in Oklahoma, Central Arkansas, and 5 in Louisiana.
Have a Texas division, and an "other " division.

10 FB schools until HBU fires up the pigskin. 9 game round-robin initially.
Will they urge UNO to start up FB in synch with HBU, to go to 12 FB = 2 6-team divisions for FB ?

I would have to think that's what they'll push for. Each division would have 6 football and 1 non football (ORU in the "east", CC in the "west").

But you're right, this thing got dragged on way too long especially since everyone knew this. Maybe the hiccup was making sure UNO would be adding football?
