1. Westminster College - 23 (alpine skiing X7, cross-country skiing X2, freestyle skiing X4, nordic combined X2, ski jumping X1, snowboarding X5)
2. University of Wisconsin — 10 (1 curling, 9 hockey)
3. Dartmouth College — 9 (alpine skiing X3, biathlon X3, cross-country skiing X2, freestyle skiing)
4. University of Utah — 8 (alpine skiing, biathlon, bobsled, cross-country skiing, freestyle skiing
, ski jumping, speedskating X2)
5. University of Minnesota — 8 (all hockey)
6. University of Michigan — 6 (1 hockey, 5 figure skating)
7. University of North Dakota — 4 (all hockey)
8. Harvard University — 4 (all hockey)
9. Boston College — 4 (all hockey)
10. Alaska Pacific University — 4 (all cross-country skiing)

Special notes...
Alaska Pacific is near an Olympic training center for cross-country skiers.

Westminster College is a member of the NAIA Division I Frontier Conference but is applying for NCAA Division II after recieving an invite from the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference. However, its Olympic athletes due to a partnership between the school and the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association (USSA), which is based in nearby Park City Olympic training complex.


Obviously all Northern/Mountainous state (except USC) and all seem to fit, except BC seems to fit in more with the Big Ten than the ACC. I was suprises to not see any Stanford athletes included in the PAC12's release, and (though I could have missed it) I couldn't find any ND athletes either.
